By accessing or using any service provided by Comsalo ("we", "our", or "us"), including comsalo.com and its sub-domains (recruit.comsalo.com, interview.comsalo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.

Comsalo provides AI-driven SaaS infrastructure and applications for businesses. Our products include but are not limited to:

• AI-powered hiring and interview management platform (recruit.comsalo.com)
• Candidate-facing interview application (interview.comsalo.com)
• API services and related developer tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with or without notice.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or illegal activities.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without prior written consent
• Harass, abuse, or harm any other user or individual
• Use the Platform for any purpose that competes with Comsalo without prior agreement

Companies ("Employers") using the Platform to manage candidates and conduct interviews are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary consents from candidates before adding their data to the Platform
• Ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable employment and data protection laws
• Not using the Platform to discriminate against candidates on the basis of protected characteristics

Comsalo acts as a data processor on behalf of Employers for candidate data. Employers remain the data controller and are responsible for lawful processing.

All content, software, designs, and technology on the Platform are the exclusive property of Comsalo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform (such as job descriptions, candidate CVs, or interview materials). By uploading content, you grant Comsalo a limited license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. Pricing details are provided at the time of purchase or subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of pricing changes before they take effect.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Comsalo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

AI-generated assessments and scores produced by the Platform are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any employment decision. Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comsalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if Comsalo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Comsalo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Comsalo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
